Your Board of Directors appreciates all the homeowner input from the recent survey sent to Autumn Ridge homeowners regarding the entry gates. One of the take-aways from the survey was that the overwhelming majority of homeowners were in favor of having a code issued to each household, rather than to vendors only, which had been the standing policy since 2008.
Management will be sending Autumn Ridge homeowners a code for each household in the coming days. You may still request a unique vendor code, if you prefer, by submitting the “Vendor Access Code Request Form” found on the Resident Portal.
