The Board is seeking homeowner feedback regarding driveway parking for sprinter-type vans. Our current CC&Rs only allow passenger vans designed to accommodate ten or fewer people.
At this time, no rule changes are being proposed or made. The Board is simply gathering community input to determine whether homeowners would support pursuing a possible CC&R amendment that could allow other types or sizes of vans to be parked in driveways.
A short survey will be emailed to the membership soon. We encourage all homeowners to participate so the Board can better understand the community’s preferences before considering any next steps.
