The Board has recently approved Association paint color schemes for use by Homeowners looking to repaint their home. The Association paint color schemes were provided by Dunn-Edwards and are available for Homeowner review both online and at the Management office. While Homeowners are not required to select an Association paint color scheme, the benefits of selecting an Association paint color scheme are: convenience of a pre-designed color scheme, likeliness that scheme will be approved and an accelerated application process. Please note that these are not original paint color schemes. If you would like to repaint with the original paint color currently on your home, you must have it color matched or contact the builder for you particular home in order to obtain the color. You do not need to submit an architectural application to repaint your home the current original paint color.
