Manager's Message
Free Mulch!
Summer is fast approaching and we all want to save money on our water bill.  One step in the right direction is to install mulch in your planters.

FREE mulch is available to City of Riverside residents at the Agua Mansa Transfer Station located at 1830 Agua Mansa Road in Riverside.  Mulch will be loaded directly into your pick up or trailer.  Passenger cars must bring containers or bags.

Agua Mansa Transfer Station is open Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 7:00am to 4:30pm and Sunday 8:00am to 3:00pm.

Please contact the station directly with any questions at (951) 786-0544.

Neighborhood Watch Information
Neighborhood Watch

A Neighborhood Watch Program can put the neighbor back into neighborhood by creating a sense of community. It brings law enforcement and the citizens together to reduce crime.

Knowing your neighbors: Neighborhood Watch promotes getting to know your neighbors and their regular patterns so that each of the members will be able to report any activity that doesn't fit with the regular schedules.

Reducing the fear of crime: Neighborhood Watch can increase the number of arrests and convictions by serving as a network for law enforcement and the community to effectively communicate about criminal activity in the neighborhood.

Find or start a Neighborhood Watch program in your area. The USAonwatch Program lets you search by zip code for programs in your area, or can help you to start a watch program by clicking on the following link: ttp://www.usaonwatch.org/

The Riverside Police Department Community Policing unit offers free training to Neighborhood Watch volunteers. More information on the program and who to contact can be found on the following wesbsite:
